(we played phone tag - he's coming over tomorrow so we
don't have to get a dog to eat the crumbs off the floor)

make up places to tell the kids where you are when they ask
50 million times a day
(work? riding his bike? switzerland? a fruit stand in kelowna?)

sit here in the dark at night eating all the ice cream wishing you
were here to rub my head
